At the outset when you first meet with the interviewer you are being carefully watched. Are you dressed appropriately and groomed well? Do you hand shake well? First impressions count. After a bit of a chat the questions should begin.
“Tell me about yourself” is a question very often asked and the answer to that will give the interviewer a clearer picture of you and also this would prompt more questions to dig deep.
When asked a behavioral question such as “tell me all about your experience with…” you should be able to give the interviewer instances of your achievements and experiences. For example if you say “I pay a lot of attention to detail” or “I have excellent communication skills” there must be examples to back this claim. It will be a good idea to list all your key accomplishments and experiences prior to the interview.
